Emergency Response Equipment Hydro Engineering custom builds Emergency Response Equipment for city Fire, Sewer and Water Departments. The pump and reel trailer units can be set up with any size engine, type of pump and reel to fit the needs of that department.
Water Departments use the custom built pump and reel units to transfer potable water over the top of broken water mains to keep water supplied to the communities until the water main can be fixed.   HRP6X3 Reel and Pumping System handles six 3" X 400' hoses with a 3X3 Gorman Rupp Pump (80' of head @250 GPM) and gas engine.)   HR6X4 Reel System handles twelve 2" X 660' hoses or six 4" X 660' hoses with a gas engine to run the hydraulic drive.   HR6X6L Reel system handles six 6" X 660' hoses with gas engine to run hydraulic drive. Deck is made with extra room for storage area.   HRP6X4 Hose Reel System handles six 4" X 660' hoses with hydraulic drive from the 49 HP diesel engine that also runs the Gorman Rupp Centifugal Pump.   HR6X6R Removable Hose Reel System handles six 6" X 660' holses with gas engine to run hydraulic reel. Extra hose reel units are available.   >   HR4X12 Reel System handles four 12" X 660' holses with gas engine to run the reel's hydraulic drive.   HR4X12R Removable Hose Reel System handles four 12" X 660' holses with diesel engine to run hydraulic drive on hose reels.       Fire Department can use the engine driven hydraulic pumping unit to fill tanker trucks from rivers or lakes. Sewer Departments use the same pumping unit as the Fire Departments to pump out flooded manholes or move water from any flooded area.
